Busy Weekend

This weekend started out with the movie Monsters vs. Aliens.  The kids LOVED it!  We had a great time watching it and hanging out with the kids.  Saturday Trav and the kids had a picnic at the park, watched a Rugby match and then picked me up from work and we watched a little bit of a softball game.  Then we were off to dinner with my family!

Today we finished off the weekend by running 10 miles home from church while the kids went to my parents house.  It was a little rainy, but overall an ok day for a LONG run home.  Only 2 weeks left until the Indianapolis Mini-marathon.  I can't wait.  I could use a break from running.  I think it will be a good time running.  Travis signed up also so it will be fun!

    Great job on doing your long run! That is awesome!!! Is Monsters vs. Aliens 3D?

    we didn't see it in 3D. But there are theaters that show it in 3D. I don't get 3D, I don't see a difference.
